I keep getting horrible lumps on my face. I have almost a line of them now, they don't go. Got my first one a few years ago and the most recent one last week. They're quite flat, but quite big, sometimes they swell up and get irritated and then die down again.
I use retinol at night. Was reading that BHA might help and I've seen 2% serums I can buy. Or would I be better off paying £75 for a salon chemical peel? If I thought 1 or 2 salon treatments would sort it out I'd pay, but can't afford a course of 10 if that's what would be needed?
Or am I better off seeing a dermatologist and finding out what these lumps are? Sometimes I get a little, coarse hair growing out the middle of the lump which I tweeze out. Not sure if that's the cause of the lump or if the lump is causing the hair? I've started using my Philips lumea every now and then to try and zap the follicle.
