Nike tops and leggings - true to size?

I was just coming out of the supermarket and a lady cane along looking just fabulous. She was wearing exercise gear (fab figure too, tall and slim). I had to ask about her outfit and she told me it was from Nike. Am currently obsessing about buying similar but woulc probably have to do nail order. Jus wondering - is Nike stuff true to size? And are the leggings very long? I’m very short...

True to my size. I'm 5'6" with not particularly long legs and the track pants and exercise leggings are the right length on me.

My daughter has Nike stuff and I would say it’s true to size ,she is quite tall with long legs though,

Their leggings are fairly long. I'm 5'9 with legs in proportion and their legs tend to come up a little short on me after washing (although they usually start off the right length!).

Ok so hot wash for the leggings then!! ( although I suspect they will just be too long for me. Thank you.
Would you say the tops are true to size too? I often find proper sportswear a bit skimpy 😊

Quite a lot of their tops are compression tops so deliberately skintight as that is often what people prefer for exercise. They're very unforgiving if you have any flabby bits (but look fabulous when you're fit and toned). I have a T-shirt that I didn't release was a compression one and it when I first tried it on, you could see everything including what I'd had for lunch. I didn't start wearing it until I'd dropped a dress size.Smile So avoid compression styles if that's not the look you want or you have a spare tyre that you don't want to show in public.

Get 7/8th leggings. I'm very short and they are ankle length on me.
