Help please to dress a dress

I have the below dress (same colour but size 14) and I need to cover up my upper arms and also I think the sleeves fit funny on me.
I am looking for a blazer / jacket / cardigan.

I would like to wear it more and I work in a casual office, so will need to dress it down.

Any suggestions welcome, thank you!

Its gorgeous. The satin finish makes it look more evening to me. I'm not sure it would ever look right in a casual office.

Shit! That's what I thought! I bought it for some presentations and it was spot on but I want to wear it more than once a year :(

It does look very evening gown, but if you really wanted to wear it in an office, then a long black cardigan, black tights, flat shoes?
