Brands like Whistles but for Size 18

Hello!!
I've recently got a promotion at work that means I'm more client facing. I'd like to update my wardrobe and don't mine spending a bit of money on some statement pieces but can't really find the right brand!

I love Whistles and JigSaw but am size 18 now so can't actually get anything from there.

I don't look good in trousers but do suit dresses-empire line or wrap around-anything that flows out from the hips! I do love skirts and nice tops/kimono style.

I'm 38 so whilst I can't pull off young and trendy, I also don't want anything too frumpy.

Can anyone recommend other brands/ranges that it might be worth me trying?

Thank you!

I am watching this with interest because I have the same issue.

I've found some good bits and pieces in Hobbs.

Have a look at Sahara

Thanks for the suggestions. I'd not considered Hobbs as it's a brand my MIL wears but they do have some nice bits and pieces in the sale.

Sahara also looks interesting but I think the cut and length looks to be a little too loose and long-but great potential for some floaty summer dresses!

@BelleSausage It's a struggle isn't it!! I've got a few bits from Dotty P and Next but the quality just isn't that great and is too generic!

My dresses are all bravissimo as they actually fit my ample chest - I have fitted work clothes from there and evening wear

Mango
Studio 8

Cos but go to a store and try on. They have lots of lovely work appropriate clothing but the website doesn't do the models any favours and can be off putting.

Arket goes up to 18 and they have some nice dresses and separates in at the moment.

Hobbs, some of the less garish Boden pieces, Arket, Uniqlo (they do limited range in wider range of sizes), Monki
