Anyone moved from Estée Lauder double wear to something with the same staying power but kinder on the lines?!! I’m currently using barepro but not sold on it. It’s lovely for about 6 hrs and then starts to go patchy.

Nothing's as good as DW for staying power! Smile
Have you tried using a fixing spray over the foundation?

Summer23 · 22/03/2019 07:39

I think you might be right! I think it’s a bit aging on my skin now though unfortunately. I’ve not tried a fixing spray...good idea

Never worn DW but I’m loving Nars all day luminous foundation. Seems to stay put,no gathering round the nose or fine lines.

I’v also worn Bobbi brown intensive something or other which was awful- definitely wouldnt recommend!

I also like the eborian range at no space.

I moved from DW to NARS. I’m using the tinted moisturiser which I find enough coverage. They do a velvet matte tint or pure radiant TM (it’s oil free). The matte one provides more coverage.

Nars seems to be popular - I’ll have a look. Thanks 😁

Revlon colorstay for combination skin! Its a supposed dupe for eldw. It is amazing. The coverage is insane however isnt drying.

I use the NARS sheer glow & I don't really rate it tbh

I got the new Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear Nude a couple of weeks ago to replace the discontinued DW Light. I really like it, it looks very natural and it has stayed on through a couple of sweaty workouts, it says it lasts for 24hrs but I haven't kept it on for that long.

I have dry skin but I’ve been very happy with the Nars sheer glow, and as I posted on another thread a minute ago, I’m really impressed with shiseido synchro skin; no cracking, no sinking and makes your face feel well soft.

Just switched from DW to powder foundation. I've bought Benefit 'Hello Flawless' and not looked back despite how much I loved DW!

I have really oily skin but the powder is great! Just the same coverage but it's buildable and doesn't sit in my fine lines.

I have dry skin and have found the benefit oxygen foundation really good. Interesting that when it ran out I went to the door counter to see what they had as I used to be a fan, she said for dry skin the benefit one is better one of the best for dry skin (and a lot cheaper).

jeaux90 · 23/03/2019 08:05

That should read Dior counter
