Size 4 or smaller coats?

Most size 6 coats aren't as small as they used to be. Where can I buy size 4 or 2? I've only seen them in H&M. Any style - cotton trench, wool coats, rain/waterproof coat/jacket, etc. Children's coats seem to be too obviously 'kiddy'.

I don't want one that flares out, something that is cut close to the body and that shows off the waist - think The Duchess of Cambridge.

I'd try Burberry. I am a 4-6 and find coats which fit at Burberry. They have a huge fan base in East Asia so have very small sizes in stock in their Regent Street store.
