Best foundation of photo sessions

Hi everyone! It's time for our family photo sessions and I am wondering the type of foundation that works best with flash photography. Any ideas?

Just avoids products with SPF
They give a flash back causing that pale white face look.
Just ensure it's something suitable for your skin type and the correct shade. Apply with a beauty blender rather than brush/hands blending down the neck and avoid setting with a translucent powder.

Definitely NOT ELDW. Gives terrible flashback, you'll be like a ghost.
