Ok, I admit it. I'm a stress based spot picker.
My skin has been awful recently (looking at you, pre menopause hormones) and stress at work and with family mean I've made a right mess of my face picking at spots.
I've now got post spot red pigmentation as a result. Forehead and cheeks. What can I use to fade it, or is it a paper bag over the head job?
Its a dreadful habit, it's got a scientific name....dermotilomania or something? I don't even know I'm doing if half the time.
