And how do you usually buy them? Save up, watch out for sales or offers, bonus time/a gift with purchase, outright splurge?

What are your favourite dupes or budget versions of the products?

Ren Beauty Shot.

Dior lip glow. Feels extra spendy because I go through it so fast. Worth it though.

Elemis milk bath and frangipani salt glow scrub. See above.

Emma Hardie Moringa cleansing balm. Stupid price but I can't find anything I like as much.

All my make up is high end (?) stuff but it lasts so doesn't feel extravagant. These four things do though.

I'm currently eyeing up Guerlain meteorites base primer but it's about £50 a bottle. Fancying the Nail Glow now too.

GinisLife · 18/03/2019 17:33

Elemis Pro Collagen Marine Cream & cleanser. Changed my skin.

havingtochangeusernameagain · 18/03/2019 17:34

Aveda shampoo

I would have said Liz Earle C&P but I honestly think Superdrug's vitamin E cleanser is just as good.

EnidButton · 18/03/2019 17:44

Just been in the bathroom and spotted two more. Redken Heatcure hair masks and Skyn firming eye gel patches. Both really work and I love them but they're very overpriced for the amount you get so feel indulgent.

Kate Somerville's exfoliator is my desert island product--along with the By Terry CC creams a PP mentioned.

At the cheaper end, The Ordinary glycolic toner is a dead ringer for Liquid Gold, and I like their alpha lipoic and lactic acids too. Nip and Fab pads on 3 for 2 or from TK Maxx are great for on the go.

FloofyDoof · 18/03/2019 18:11

L'Occitane almond shower oil, body oil and hand cream. I need really them to make a matching perfume. It all smells so good and leaves my skin feeling lovely, though I have just discovered compagnie de provence hand cream and I prefer the texture, and it's a lot cheaper.

Eve Lom gel balm cleanser. Gorgeous herbal spa type scent, lovely cleanser.

Kerastase Bain Divalent shampoo, for oily roots and dry ends. Soft shiny hair, and no more oily roots after one night.

Elizabeth arden ceramide capsules. I'm sure these are the reason that I can use Retin-a 0.01% every night, with salicylic and aha toners every morning with no irritation or peeling.

Nars Monoi body oil. Smells like nuxe huile prodigieux, but loads better. You only need to use a tiny bit and the scent lasts quite well too. Also the Elemis frangipani monoi is lovely, but it's not as good as the nars one.

I do love nicely scented body oils, I often skip perfume if I have used a really nice one.

Emma Hardie Moringa cleansing balm. Stupid price but I can't find anything I like as much

It's gorgeous isn't it. I haven't used it for years but might treat myself.

Prada Iris perfume, pixi pink lip balm and hydrolonic acid from Japan , can't live without any of them

Eucerin moisturiser for ageing skin is my mid range essential. It's amazing.

Lungelady · 18/03/2019 18:21

Dermalogica age smart range. I won't use anything else on my face.

DubiousGoals · 18/03/2019 18:54

Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair, I buy the big bottle which is soo expensive but more economical. I always get it when Boots has a bonus points event/voucher on.

winterinmadeira · 18/03/2019 19:02

Elemis shampoo - love it but it’s too much for me to justify more than once a year.

Clarins super restorative day cream with spf. I only buy it with a discount or offers but it makes my skin feel much better within days.

Loubyloulou88 · 18/03/2019 20:36

Oh and Liz Earle C&P and their toner which smells beautiful!

On a budget note if anyone's looking for a bargain concealer, the Collection Lasting Perfection is amazing!

Justanothermile · 18/03/2019 20:39

Emma Hardie Moringa Balm. Wonderful stuff.

buckeejit · 18/03/2019 20:58

Another Emma hardie moringa cleanser fan. Also elemis pro collagen balm. Tonic spritz - boots botantics rose - lovely & about £5.

Dennis gross eye cream & tata harper moisturiser are my fave £££ - tried them both in beauty box & love, though haven't repurchased. Aldi day & night moisturisers are great.

Also love aromatherapy associates deep relax. I love a good smell so burn a lot of essential oils & add them to baths.

I love Chanel tan de soleil bronzer, eve lom tinted moisturiser, by terry hyaluronic powder, kiko eyeliners are amazing for the price!

Am sure I will remember more!

DownAndUnder · 18/03/2019 21:50

Clinique cream and mac fix plus.

PCohle · 18/03/2019 23:00

By terry balm de rose body creme. Smells bloody gorgeous.

Also a fan of Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm.

Chanel Perfume. Virtually any of them.

frugalkitty · 19/03/2019 00:11

I sometimes treat myself to tsv on QVC, easy payments help spread the cost too.

Liz Earle hair oil is a product I've never been without since it launched, it's the only thing I use on my hair after washing have to hide it now though as DD likes it too

I really like No17 phwoar paint (I stocked up when it was being discontinued) and find it better than any others I've tried like Bobbi Brown or Benefit.

I used to love the Elemis cleansing balm, but my sensitive skin had a funny five minutes a while back so I switched to almond oil which is fab, and now I find the Elemis balm far too fragranced sadly.

sherbetstraws · 19/03/2019 10:28

You lot have made me go and order Dior lip glow and nail glow...
