Help me choose between 3 outfits

Tomorrow I'm going to event where I need to do a presentation. It's a smart-casual affair, so I don't want to look scruffy but also don't want to look too smart.

These are my options:
Dark red shift dress, knee boots
Smart black jeans, black top, blazer
Smart navy jeans, white shirt

Posted too soon - or something else? I'm hopeless at this!
