Comfortable black jacket/blazer

I work in the entertainment sector and usually wear practical or smart casual clothes for work, depending on what is happening day to day.

However, for an upcoming job, I will need to be quite smart, and am looking for a black suit-type jacket. However I will still be fairly active while I'm working, so need something that is easy to move in, not too structured, etc.

Unhelpfully, I'm a size 20-22, quite booby but with no discernable waist - I just go straight down, and then get wider still at the hips. I'm also a bit peri and can get very hot and sweaty, so prefer to steer clear of polyester.

I've tried all the usual online suspects, and have ordered a couple of things from Asos, and my usual high street staples, but having not worn a jacket for years, it all feels a bit like armour.

Please can anyone suggest a soft/loose but still smart black jacket?

H&M have a few black jersey blazers. I have one (in a different colour) and it fits fine & with plenty of give. A lot of them go up to 20/22 or XL

Thanks bee, I'll have a look at H&M. I don't generally think of looking there as I tend to assume their stuff is for people who are much thinner and younger than me

I think it was M&S I saw some soft, loose jackets?
H&M.. very rare they do an 18 in my experience, and then come up on the small side if they do.. that are getting better tho..
