Has anyone used this site?
I ordered my foundation from there as I noticed it was £5 cheaper than other sites but I’ve now Googled it and seen a load of bad reviews! Worried I’ve just wasted money.

I ordered purple shampoo and conditioner and only the conditioner arrived in the box. They were actually very good and sent out the shampoo again

Absolutely fine, I order a lot from there and have never had any problems. Remember people are more likely to leave a bad review than a good one!

It’s fine - it’s part of a massive retail group and is a completely legitimate site. It’s so big that there’s bound to be a few cock-ups, and those people leave bad reviews. It turns overa huge amount every year though and has an enormous customer base. I personally have never had any issues with it.

It's part of the Hut group and is fab.
Today I placed an order and got 20% off (YSL foundation and Advanced Night Repair so 20% is about £30!) a free gift of some lip plumping wotsit, a free 30ml detangler and free postage. Oh, and about 20% cashback!
The Beauty Box subs are the best Imo.

I hate them. Until something goes wrong you won't know how crap they are. I live overseas once they posted my order to South Africa a couple of months later it arrived. The last time my tracked and insured parcel was delivered to South Korea over 3,000 miles away. Their customer service is beyond awful they refused to reimburse me until the South Koreans returned the package. Of course this never happened. I did a charge back through my credit card. I now use Cult Beauty and Feel Unique.

@Zara that’s the kind of things I read when I Googled them. Hopefully my order turns up! I usually use Cult Beauty and Beauty Bay.

I have the Beauty Box subscription, which is fine, and order from them relatively often. I do find their free gifts often fail to materialise though, as they run out but don't offer a replacement. That's annoying.

Clarl I never had a problem with them when I lived in the UK. Their customer service used to be excellent. I find Feel Unique just as good and they have some decent offers. I couldn't face dealing with their "customer service" people who send out generic responses but never manage to resolve an issue.

I'd advise not to use this website if you are in the UK. They do not deliver their items and are a huge pain to get refunds from. I made an order 11 days ago and it still hasn't arrived and they don't even care. Their customer service is absolutely awful and the people on the online chat are actually quite rude. Also they have terrible reviews on trustpilot, they have a rating of about 1.5 stars. The discounts aren't worth the hassle of getting a refund from them.

Love look fantastic, never any issues. Also love feel unique and just my look. LF is under the same company as glossy box (the Hut group)

I use them for most special toiletries, good prices, often offer discounts, good packaging, quick delivery.

I've used them lots, they are great, fast delivery (maybe not at the moment, lockdown wont help...) prices excellent.

I've used them for years and never had any problems until this month. Hermes managed to lose my delivery (don't get me started on Hermes!) I got the runaround from Hermes for days who eventually said I had to get Lookfantastic to deal with it. Lookfantastic insist you download and print a claim form, then fill it in, scan it to send it back to them. Such a faff compared to other online shops. Some people won't have printers at home etc. Then I waited days for a response. I kept chasing and was told they were waiting for their internal courier team to look into it. I chased again and was finally told that Hermes had lost my order and offered a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement but it took quite a few days before that was sent out. I'm still waiting for it to arrive. It's now 3 weeks since my original order!

However, this is the only problem I've ever had with them in many years of dealing with them. Maybe it's partly due to staff shortages etc right now. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt this time.

Just a quick update. My replacement for my missing order has just arrived. Yay!
