Best eyeliner pencil which doesn't shift?

Looking for a grey..black too harsh. Tried the Chantecaille one yesterday which wasn't bad, but reviews say it is hard to sharpen .
I have greasy hooded eyelids ( I sound delightful!)

I also have greasy hooded eyelids! And for that reason I've never managed eyeliner on eyelids. The best one I have found for waterline though is a Rimmel waterproof pencil. Better than any high end one, and normally I'm a fan of much pricier makeup.

I used to use BB eyeliner in a pot but it dried up ridiculously quickly. Happy with any budget...Expensive doesn't mean fit for purpose

Kiko do the best imo- glides on and stays on :)

I use Clinique quick liner and find its pretty long lasting. You can't sharpen it though (is one of those retracting ones). There is a lovely blue grey colour if that's your thing!

Urban decay primer and use a budget pen liner clise to the lash line.
