Comfy jeans post section

Hi,
I had a Caesarean section five weeks ago and my maternity jeans are now too big. My pre pregnancy jeans all sit right over my scar.
I'd like some skinny jeans, or possibly straight leg, that won't rub against my scar.
Has anyone tried any they recommend?
Looking for a denim style and a black pair. I'd like as soft and comfy material as possible - I'm wondering if I should be looking for some kind of high waisted jegging but would really appreciate some ideas.
I'm a size 14, hourglass if anything with a little bit of post partum tummy but nothing too dramatic!
Thanks!

I just used to buy really big sizes in cheap jeans, so they didn't cut in. Matalan have soft jeans and jeggings for a tenner.

I'm 7 months pp and still in nice leggings and some baggier jegging styles. I used fo wear skinny jeans most days but cant stand them on my scar.

I bought these from M&S after my section 7 weeks ago:

They have them in a whole range of colours, including black and a medium (denim) blue and are high waisted so would be nowhere near the scar. They’re great value and so comfy too! Smile

High waisted stretchy soft jeggings are what you need. The high waist is key!

I agree with a pp about the M&S ones - they are high waisted, soft and super comfy!

Brilliant thanks! A high waisted jegging was what I'd been thinking so glad to see I'm on the right track. I'll def look in M&S and I'll check H&M too - my maternity ones are H&M abs have been great.
I don't want to just buy bigger sizes if I can avoid it as my legs and bum are my best features Grin also I'm wearing quite loose tops for nursing so need something to fit right somewhere!

Tesco high waist are great as the denim are really soft - they are pretty cheap as well.
