Hooded eyes

Hi my eyes are hooded it looks hideous are there any ways to make them look better can't afford surgery!

They don't look hideous at all! My folds are much heavier.

I've found that concealer across the whole socket makes mine look much better. It takes away the shadow from the dark areas.
