I lightened or bleached my hair using this about a week ago. My hair now looks a very light browny yellow colour! It was actually more of a canary yellow when first done but luckily I had a mid ash blonde semi laying around so I slapped in on & it toned it down.
It's still a bit yellowy though, very golden. I've tried purple shampoos & toners even the fanola & there's no difference.
I don't really want to be lightening my hair again or bleaching it & I definitely down want to go darker again. What do I need to to do to get rid of the yellowness but keep it light? Would a hairdressers be able to tone it? I don't think a blonde box colour will be a good idea - if I get the lightest ash blonde, in theory it may cancel out the golden & yellow tones but i could end up with green hair?
