Coats online

I really fancy a lightweight puffs coat/jacket but am put off by ordering online.

Do people buy loads of styles and take them back. I hate taking things back to places like John Lewis.

I wish the shops held more stock to actually try on. I'm slim on top size 10 but find things tighter on waist /hips and long waisted.

I tried Joules but the 12 was too big on top.

Anyone had success with particular makes.

this crew clothing coat might suit. They have stores round the UK so may be worth checking to see if you have one near you?

i bought a coat from la redoute because I was sick of looking in the shops, I thought it was worth a try because to return free was just a 10 minute walk to the collection point, post office. it fitted anyway so I kept it.

I also found Allsaints give good fit descriptions online so I could rule out certain styles.
