What is the best hair removal approach?

I've not needed to before as the hair is very fair, but there's more and more of it as I get older so I would like to do something about it now. But as it is my face I am very wary.

I shave my legs which I am sure is not suitable, but have never really experimented with other methods. Is waxing the way to go?

It's definitely worth the money. I was dreading trying it because I though it would leave stubble but it doesn't. I just recommend exfoliating between uses though.
