Not sure if I should put this under general health or style and beauty.
My hair is quite thin and straggly. The first day or two of washing my hair, it is quite voluminous and then it tends to get greasy quite quickly and is also prone to getting split ends 
I’ve been reading a lot about keratin treatment but I’m not sure if it just sounds too good to be true. Is it something you’d recommend? If so, why? And if not, what can you suggest?
I used to get a lot of compliments about my hair and then it just started falling and thinning. And I’d like my hair to be healthy again but I’m a complete style and beauty novice and I’m not sure where to even begin.
