Horrible dry sore skin after roaccutane

Hi everyone
I'm in my late forties now - but recently had a breakout of acne on my jaw and around my mouth that necessitated a course of roaccutane. I've had it before in my thirties with no bother - but now its left my skin especially under my eyes, sore, wrinkled and prune like and no amount of moisturiser including Elizabeth Arden 8 Hours and plain Vaseline, seems to be able to shift it . I'm really worried I may have damaged my skin permanently. I'm fair and freckled and have always been careful to stay out of the sun. Has anyone else had a bad time with roaccutane? My skin has really got a mind of its own these days - I just don't know what's going on.
