Hair treatments I can try?

I’d like to start a weekly home treatment on my hair so I’m looking for both one I can buy and use weekly plus one I can make tonight with just the ingredients I might have in my cupboard. Any ideas?

My hair is bra strap length, I’m going grey but cover it with home dye kits and it’s poker straight. It’s out of condition because it needs a good cut which I’ll book in for Easter hols.

Coconut oil? Apply to hair, cover with cling film and / or a towel and leave as long as possible. Will need two washes to remove but should leave your hair well conditioned and shiny.
