This dress for a May wedding?

Just concerned that it's predominantly black. I'm the least stylish person I know - would light pink heels (to match the pink in the dress) work and would a matching pink shrug be totally OTT?

And yes, black shoes would be fine too. I’d be looking at eBay for a lovely, bright, summery bag.
