I keep seeing adverts for Smirk teeth whitening powder pop up on social media. The reviews look pretty good- has anyone tried it?

Did you try it? I’ve been looking at that ad too

I would like to know what’s in it and what makes it work. Looks good though!

I was curious about this too! This review is informative - basically it will remove stains which will make your teeth look brighter, but not actually whiten your teeth. Only bleach will change the colour of your actual teeth. It’s quite expensive, so my money would be on booking an appointment with the hygienist getting better results, plus benefiting your gums/no risk of harm. The review does say it’s not mega abrasive though.

Ridiculously expensive for what it is, as above it is just a tooth powder to remove stains. Occasional use of eucryl tooth powder would get the same effect (this is abrasive though so not to be used everyday). As Judy above says a professional clean would be a much better use of your money and then if you want further whitening a peroxide based treatment provided by and by a dental professional.
