Strapless, push up bra needed

Hi,

I'm getting married in a few months, and when I picked my dress I was breastfeeding regularly, now not so much, and my boobs are not as big sadly. I didn't need a bra when I tried the dress on to start with, but now I definitely do!

I'm looking for a push up bra that is strapless and won't budge, that comes in white. Any ideas? I've tried Marks and Sparks but their push up doesn't do much for me at all. D cup.

Thanks in advance, ladies :)

Primark do great ones ime!! Got my wedding one from there and full briefs (nice material!) with no vpl!

Even for bigger cup sizes? I used to swear by Primark undies when I was a smaller size, I'll have a look. Thank you

Good luck with that. I have never found a strapless push up bra which does (push up), gravity kicks in!

Have you considered a basque? I have 2, both made by Poir Moi and they keep everything where you want it to be without being restrictive. The sizing is a bit whacky and inconsistent though, even allowing for the different styles.

Wonderbra with the invisible hands.

KatharinaRosalie · 08/03/2019 12:12

Wonderbra Ultimate. You might need to go up a back size, it's very tight.

bigandbumpy · 08/03/2019 12:18

The wonderbras did nothing for me - I'm an E cup. I reckon a basque is a good shout!

dementedpixie · 08/03/2019 12:20

D cup means nothing without back size as a 32D is smaller than a 40D. Have you measured properly to check your size?

Go to bravissimo. They specialise in the larger cup sizes and have a great selection of strapless bras. I'm sure they'd have something that would work.

George at Asda might be worth a punt. Not expensive and you can try a couple of sizes at home and easily return any that don't fit.

Another vote for Wonderbra Ultimate.

The Refined Glamour version comes in white. I have it in nude and it's totally secure. 30G here. Try on different sizes though - it needs to fit well around you, mine feels quite tight and that is on purpose!

A basque would work perfectly.

MrsMyreton · 09/03/2019 12:23

I had a Debenhams own brand one and it was fantastic. Used it for years afterwards! I think it's worth going somewhere to get measured when you do buy strapless Smile

Madbengalmum · 09/03/2019 12:23

Wonderbra is brilliant for larger cups, it is the only strapless that has ever worked for me, i would definitely try one op. Much cooler than a basque too!

dahliaaa · 09/03/2019 12:26

If you go for the wonderbra (which is v good) definitely make sure that you get a comfortable back size. They can come up very tight and you don’t want to feel like you can’t breathe at your wedding !

bettyboo40 · 09/03/2019 12:26

I wanted the same when I got married . I found one in Debenhams.
