Hair Lightening Products

Any recommendations please?

I have found that the bleaches I used to use have doubled in price and halved in strength. I need something that will lighten dark hair with a sprinkling of grey, enough to add a pink or purple, or just leave it pale blonde.

Those Jermone Russell powders always worked best for me (occasional individual highlights around the face), have they gone downhill too?

Thank you for replying. I tried it once, a while ago and it wasn't as good as the one I had been using, I don't think, but will take another look. I suppose what I really need is professional bleach but am out of touch with that sort of thing.

Do u know any mobile hairdressers who could do a bleach bath
