Clip on veneers!

I've seen so may adverts, probably because I keep clicking on them. The reviews range from life changing and transformed my whole face!.. to others that say they received what are only comparable to Halloween joke teeth. There are several companies offering clip on veneers - any opinions?

No experience, but i can't imagine they're anything other than joke teeth.

Can you eat with them? I'd rather save for some decent ones.

Thanks Ed - I know clip on veneers sounds a bit naff. Apparently you can eat etc with them. I've been seeing ads from companies such as Instasmile. Perhaps I'm being mug even contemplating...

I would be really wary of something like this damaging my teeth, and think the reviews are probably carefully curated. Just as a comparison, I needed a crown on a tooth, and it took three appointments with my dentist to prepare the tooth, take moulds, fit a temporary crown, then the final version. That was for an upper tooth right at the back of my mouth that no-one can see. I can’t imagine how snap on veneers could fit properly!

My friend had composite bonding done on her front teeth which was cheap compared with traditional veneers (£100 per tooth) and didn’t take away any natural enamel. That might be worth looking into if you are unhappy with the look of your teeth?

They will fuck your gums and probably your teeth.

I’ve never heard of anything more ridiculous. Then again, I think veneers - unless teeth are badly damaged - are ridiculous too.

I think they look hilarious and obvious.
