I'm going to a wedding and have chosen this dress from Coast, a bargain in the sale. What do you think of the shoes and bag, an awful clash, or interesting combo?

I think I like it. I’m not usually a fan of matching bag/shoes but with the dress and jacket I think it works - nice!

I don't think the snakeskin goes with the dress.

No, I'm sorry but I think plain nude or metallic would work better than the snakeskin. Nice dress though x

The snake skin doesn't go with your outfit, you need plain accessories to go with your dress.

I think the bag works but not the shoes. And the matchy-matchy bag-shoes combo does definitely not! The art of wearing things that have a subtle clash is not looking like you've tried to hard. But matching bags and shoes looks like you're trying VERY hard indeed! Not a good look, it's very ageing.

I agree that I think metallic would be better. Perhaps a deep pewter?

I like the pattern clash but don't wear the shoes and bag together. Go with one of them (either will be fine) plus either a nude, black or teal bag/shoe.

It's brilliant. The pattern of the snakeskin echoes the pattern of the dress, and the snakeskin clashes with the dress just enough to be interesting, but not so much that it's an actual clash. Inspired. Go with it.

Dress and jacket together look amazing but need plainer shoes and bag.

The bag, yes, but not with the matching shoes also. I like clashing combos but this just doesn’t work all together imo.

Personally I think it's not a good look.
