Please help me accessorise this dress!

DP and I are getting married in August. Pretty casual affair as it the second marriage for the both of us. We'll be getting married in a south London registry office, followed by a Reception in a live local gastro pub.

I'm in need of help with accessorising my dress. Needs to be v reasonable in terms of price! I don't generally wear jewellery day to day so I'm struggling. I like Art Deco style stuff - and prefer understated and subtle where possible! Please help!

I'm not sure I would wear a necklace at all with a dress with that neckline, I feel like the wrap around detail and low cut is a feature in itself and anything else added would be too fussy. A nice bracelet would be ok, and a pretty clutch. I would go with gold jewellery to match the shoes, and maybe match the clutch to some statement earrings? There are some great earrings on the Oliver Bonas website. Maybe match the colours to your bouquet or fiancés tie?

The dress looks like it has cool undertones which is why I think silver shoes/jewelry would look better but then your skin tone had warm undertones and I dont know what make up you are going with.

@64632K the dress's tones are actually much warmer in real life!

I think a necklace would add to the glamour of the dress, after all it's for a wedding not an interview!

Thank you all, once again. I'm really taken aback by your comments! I'm going to save this thread to look back on. I've always thought that I was plain, bordering on unattractive (DP thinks I'm beautiful, but he's DP 😂).

There is a company called crown and glory they are on Instagram and have a website they sell lovey veils and accessories. And are a little unusual and vintage so you might get something great there. If you want to wear flats or a kitten heel they also sell shoe clips so you could dress up something basic. The dress is gorgeous by the way.
