Highlights are too blonde. Can I do something to fix it?

I don't like my new hair colour. I don't think I suit being this blonde and it's making my face look even more pink than it actually is.

I'm naturally a light/mid-brown with pale, pink-toned skin and blue eyes.

Is there something I can put on myself to bring it down? I had a look in Boots but don't really know what I'm looking for.

Don't do anything yourself. Is it because they have perhaps used warm tones when you need ash tones? That can make it look brassy.
Do you know if they used a toner? If they didn't you could go back and ask them to apply one, that will take any brassy tones out. You can also try a purple shampoo and conditioner such as bleach London which can also remove any brassy or orange tones.

It might just be a case of having to get used to it,going blonde when you are not used to being blonde can be a shock, i hated mine when i had very blonde highlights, but i got used to them and never went back to darker again,maybe give it a bit more time, or go back to the hairdresser and ask her to put a toner on it

She did put a toner on for 10 minutes.

I don't know if it's brassy?? I'm not very good with recognising tones I think. All I know is it is wrong for my skin tone because I look redder than I did before.

I was hoping I wouldn't have to go back as it's been two weeks so I'll have to pay I guess as I didn't complain at the time.

I had this before. I went back and she used a different shade toner.
