What shoes with this dress

I am thinking of getting this dress for the summer and for holidays. What shoes would look good with it. I struggle in the summer as feel my feet get sweaty and slide in shoes without socks/thights. Would like a pair of shoes that I could use with other things and practical for taking on holiday and running after a 5yr.

I would wear it with converse or vans. Fine to wear socks under and good for running around after kids.

Assuming holiday is abroad, I would look for mid heel strappy sandals. Possibly in black or tan. There are usually ones with straps that keep your foot in place as they have wider straps. Always buy leather.

Yeah I think white trainers. Crisp white Supergas preferably.
