Shoes for interview

I've an interview on Wednesday and planning on wearing a cream blouse with a black ribbon front, black blazer and skinny black formal trousers. I am in two minds what shoes to wear. I have narrowed it down to lovely black heels, gold heels or red kitten heels. I'm leaning towards the red kitten heels for a pop of colour but worry I'll look silly. Thoughts?

What’s the interview for?

Its a blended social work position within a school. I'd be working with educational psychologists and student support staff.

I think I’d go with the more conservative option then. Black for me.
