Anyone ordered from here recently? I have AS’d and found threads from 2012-2014 saying their returns process is shambolic.

But, the dresses are beautiful

Anyone used them?

I have one dress from them (or rather I did- I sold it not so long ago), and it was beautiful. Gorgeous style, well made and lovely quality fabric. Much as I love their dresses I haven't bought anything in the last few years.

I have a few I've bought over the years, mainly for Ascot/weddings. Their dresses are beautifully made and wash well, plus they have this magic stretch-fabric for some dresses that seem to slim you right down.

I have three versions of this one in different colours, just because it fits so beautifully.

Tagging on as I'm considering getting a dress from here and have also read reviews about returns process.

What's the sizing like? Anyone know? TIA.

I’ve recently returned to them. Had to pay the postage but was otherwise fine and unproblematic. Received my money no issue. (I only returned because I bought multiple dresses for choice in the sale and sent back the 83 I wasn’t keeping... Absolutely loved the one I did keep and would def buy again.)

I found sizing average to generous so I’m prob a 12-14 atm and def only needed a 12 not a 14.

I love the pretty dress company..I usually buy off eBay second hand though!

Sizing is usually pretty generous. I've never returned anything to them though, so can't comment on that.

I have returned from the EU last year (so I always have to pay postage anyway), I received money without a problem.
