Saggy face - what will help??

I've just been tagged in a video on Facebook and my god I look bad. I always thought I'd embrace ageing as a privilege, but it turns out my face is slowly morphing into a permanent frown. Essentially my cheeks seem to have sagged downwards and have started pulling the rest of my face down with it.

What on earth helps with that? I've been googling facial exercises all night but I think I need to bring out the big guns. Is this a job for Botox or is that just for wrinkles? Or is this what fillers were invented for? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’m finding myself in the same position. How old are you OP if you don’t mind me asking.

I'm 37 fearful. I'm pretty sure it's happened overnight though - I looked alright when I was 36!

I am 50 and had a mini-facelift 3 months ago. Look great but major complications so please don’t think it an easy option.

Fillers. Find someone very good who knows to place them towards the back of your cheek bone and only a tiny bit at the front part of the cheek. At 37 it will make a big difference. You will probably need 2 syringes.
Good fillers will last a year and a half or more.
