Do Oasis Cherry jeans loosen with wear?

Just bought a pair online (20% off, yay) and they're pretty loose. I mean, not falling down or anything but not tight. Kind of like a pair of Banana Republic jeggings I have that have been worn in. If they give more after a bit of wearing they might not be for keeps...

Yes. I only have one pair and they do my head in.
