Navy shoes

Any recommendations for shoes I can wear with dresses & navy tights for work? Have been living in tan ankle boots but could do with a smarter option for some days. Don't like flat pumps or anything more than a small heel, but don't want anything old lady-ish either (fussy)! Any ideas?
