Has anyone bought clothing from here before? What is the sizing & quality like? And what's the customer service like for their online shop?

I had a dress from there a few years ago, I would size up if it's clothing that doesnt have any give/ stretch to it.

I bought in store and didnt use anything online so I wouldnt know about that.

Can't help much with info as clothes not in my size range but one of our doctors years ago bought from there and had a lovely dress that really suited her slim frame. I have only bought birthday cards from the shop!

Unfortunately there's no store near me, so will be taking my chances with online shop, and I notice they don't offer free returns which is annoying.

I buy from there quite often. Sizing is usually true to size I find (am an hourglass size 14).
Customer service from the online store is good but slow in my experience.

I'm looking at dresses, I'm a size 10-12 on top and a definite 12 on the bottom so I think size 12 would be ok? If I size up to 14 I think the dress would be a bit gappy at the top.
