What can DD wear under this dress - crop top/bralet?

Hi All
DD has this dress for her confirmation. She is thrilled with it but we just realised that any crop tops/bra is showing at the front and back. She is too self conscious to go without anything under although she is only 12 and doesn't need support.

Any suggestions ladies? Thanks so much
Zaor

Boob tube type thing?

What about one of the bras that you stick on, you can get what they call the Instagram bra.

A little bandeau bra?

dementedpixie · 22/02/2019 15:50

bandeau bra

My dd loves these for tops like that, they’re moulded but not padded, and removable straps but they have and almost silicone band that keeps them up. New look also do cotton bandeaus if they are too structured.

Thanks for the ideas Ladies. Bandau top ordered from Next and heading into town now to see what else is available. Its for next Friday so I've left it a little late!!

I would advise against the stick on bras if she is likely to sweat a bit. I wore one with a halter neck maxi dress once. Walking along, feeling great when it fell off and plopped on the floor! I've never trusted them since! The ones like jammiebammie linked to are great and I use these in the summer. I'm pretty flat chested and this style doesn't fall down, but gives a bit of shape and coverage.

If you get one like the one Jammie posted with removable straps just unhook the straps at the back, cross them over and the-attach - this pulls the straps in so that they don't show Smile

FrangipaniBlue · 22/02/2019 19:17

Re-attach that should've said!
