Stretching shoes

I have veeeeeery large feet! Even a size 9 in most shops don’t fit. I have just bought a pair which were ridiculously expensive and they fit far better than the shoes I usually try but still aren’t perfect. They’re must just need some breaking in but not sure. Does anyone know if shoe stretchers work?

Are they leather?
If so then Dr Martens wonder balm is brilliant, it's about £8 and you rub into the leather and it gradually softens and stretches it slightly to help breaking in. Am sure you can use on all leather.

You can buy wooden shoe stretchers off eBay for about £9. Yes they do work on leather or suede.. not so successful on synthetics.
