Has anyone had a facial mole removed?

How did you go about it? Did you go to your GP first? How expensive was it?

Placemarking. I have a blind one- colourless but looks... strange!
I have a feeling the NHS wouldn’t fund it so if anyone has a private recommendation, particularly if the consultancy was reasonable I’d be interested.

I had a mole taken off my nose a few years ago. I mentioned to my Dr that it hurt, it felt like someone was poking it with a needle sometimes and she referred me to a specialist. When I saw him he offered to remove it there and then, which he did. The injection of anaesthetic was painful but the removal was quick and it healed really quickly afterwards (I scar easily so I was worried about that but it was fine and there's no scar there at all). That was all nhs, but was ten years ago now, maybe nine. Worth speaking to your Dr first.
