11yo girl party clothes?

DD's going to a party on Saturday. She usually lives in gamer t-shirts and joggers. She's asked for a dress for the party. What do 11yo girls wear to parties these days?

Mostly jeggings/jeans with a fashionable top

Somewhere like H&M good if don't want too girly

A dress with trainers also good.

Yup my 11yo would also head straight for River Island first, and then New Look / H&M.

And yy yo dress with nice trainers.

River island or zara i go for my 10 year old but this year ive been more into zara for her. Id say the same as others jeggings/jeans & a nice top ,a dress id go for denim or tye dye type one that seems to be coming in for this year.

Not very helpful I know but if DD(11) asked to wear a dress I'd faint! She even wore very smart trousers and a shirt to her GF funeral. Just avoid anything too girly so she still feels like herself.

I think my dd would just buy something of depop. It’s where other little teens sell their dresses and whatnot.

She's sprung it on us a little too late Decormad, the party's tomorrow! Definitely bookmarking it for next time though. I knew about the party, just not that she wanted a dress!
