I’ve started doing Zumba twice a week recently, which I love, but it does make my boobs hurt a bit. I’ve tried on sports bras but OMG they’re not underwired and are so tight they’re are like breast binding, they make it hard to breathe! Looking for a really supportive bra in my size, very grateful for any suggestions..? 😀💜

I’ve just noticed this whole thread on sports bras for big boobs. There looks like there are lots of suggestions here.

I had a breast reduction three days ago but before that I was a 32K. This is the only sports bra I ever found to be much good. I had to go up one cup size to a 32KK in it, but I was running in it five days a week, doing Zumba etc and it was very comfortable. It has wires, but they never poked me, and the band is firm but not so tight you cant breathe. www.bravissimo.com/products/inspire-sports-bra-blackgrey-au27bg/

I like the Panache one from Bravissimo. Wired, supportive without squashing and true to size.

I'm a convert from Shock Absorber to this Freya underwired bra. I've got the 32GG and didn't need to change from my normal size. Gives slightly pointy boobs but no jiggle when running.
