Knee high opaques that stay up

I have some M&S ones but they keep falling down (particularly on one leg which must be narrower!). Are there any brands that are good for narrower calves?

Look for support tights. I wear these to work under trousers and they don’t budge at all - I’ve got quite thin legs (can’t buy knee high boots etc off the rack).
