Posted in chat but no replies- where would you wear this and how would you dress it down?

I think it's too dressy for church/work so maybe for dinner out?

You could wear it with flat brown leather boots, a short jacket and a big chunky scarf? I'd wear that for shopping /pub lunch.

You could dress it up with heels easily.
