Only asking this here because I don't want to sound like an absolute minger to my friends, but do you wash tights after every wear?

I do, but I'm beginning to feel like it's a bit unnecessary...

Gosh yes, I wouldn't even consider wearing them twice.

Yip, every time. But usually put a ladder in them quickly so probs only last 3 times wash and wear!

StarlightLady · 15/02/2019 06:38

Always! I wouldn’t wear knickers a second time without washing, nor socks, so why tights? They sort of combine the 2 don’t they? And they dry so quickly anyway.

SamBaileys · 15/02/2019 06:40

Yeah, I wash them after every wear.

Obloodyhell · 15/02/2019 06:41

I thought you meant you threw them away after one use

Thecazelets · 15/02/2019 06:49

Yes. Can't imagine why you wouldn't wash them every time!

thinkingaboutthinking19 · 15/02/2019 06:52

Yes I do. I wash my socks after every wear so don't see why it should be any different for tights.

Yippeee · 15/02/2019 06:53

Yes of course! I wouldn’t wear them another day. They feel even sweatier than socks.

StarlightLady · 15/02/2019 15:09

As kids mum always taught us (I’m in my 40s now but same applies), if it goes over your feet or round your crotch, it goes straight in the wash. Tights meet that criteria twice over.
