Is there any product that REALLY reduces eye bags?

I'm a product virgin..seriously..I wash with soap, slap some cheap moisturiser on and that's my entire beauty routine. I don't wear makeup.
But I'm 51 and suddenly my eye bags could carry weekend luggage in them. Is there anything that actually helps tighten them up? If so ..what?!

Don't use arse cream on your face - it thins the skin long term, it stinks, and your face smells like an arse!

The ordinary caffeine solution helps puffiness. It's only £5.80 so not a huge loss if it doesn't work for you.

I'm happy to be corrected, as if this works I would love to try it, however anusol cream works by thinning the skin around the piles and advise is because of this it should not be used for more than 7 days.. so it just seems like a bad idea to put it under your eyes where the skin is already so thin?

I've used it for years to reduce eyebags and the skin under my eyes is no thinner than it ever was.

Surely if it worked and had no side effects a company would have bought it out as a cosmetic face cream by now?

I think it helps me. I'm sure cosmetic companies use similar/same ingredients and charge the earth.

Neals Yard remedies Frank incense intense eye cream helps with dark circles.
Bags can be made worse with adding product though.

The skin underneath your eyes is a third of the thickness of the skin on the rest of the face.

I use" instantly" ageless, off ebay,i get them and they really shrink your eyebags, not that mine are that bad, but it flattens them altogether
They last a few times of use,

Watch Sali Hughes in the bathroom with dick page on YouTube instead. Another MNer mentioned it a few months ago and it's changed the way I see my eyes completely

I gave in and had surgery Smile. But then mine were huge so no cream was ever going to fix them!

I had the bags removed. Blephroplasty I think it's called. Basically the bags are a pocket of fat cells and they cut in and chop them out. It was over ten years ago now but really So glad I did it as I used to spend ages trying to shade away the bags but nothing really worked. Now make up takes 5 mins and no-one says 'ooh you look tired' any more.
