Opaque support tights *urgent lol*

Hi
I have a bad sticky out varicose vein.lower leg. Legs are good shape and slim but this is really visible.
Even with 70 denier opaque tights you can see the bulge

Does anyone know any thick tights to hide the vein and support to 'flatten ' it?
I'm going to a party Fri day and really wanted to wear a dress.

I haven’t tried them myself but I’ve heard M&S have really good ones.

I've looked in m&s before and other regular high street stores and they don't seem to be any good. Fine for normal decent opaques and then the support tights are too fine and 'see through'.

Need both thick full coverage and pulling in support.
Does anyone know of such a thing?

Wear 2 pairs? The pully-in ones underneath, with opaques on top?

I wear th schol ones they are brill, cost about £15 but they sell them everywhere- tesco/ superdrug etc. Prob be able to get on line next day delivery
