£500 to send on a bag. Which bag would you choose ?

I started a thread a couple of days ago as I have a £500 gift voucher to spend in Selfridges.

I’ve decided to spend the money on a bag. I’d love some ideas please.

Following. I'm hanging on to £1k that I'm supposed to be treating myself with. I wanted something classic and have been toying with a Mulberry but don't know whether to get 2 or 3 around the £300/350 mark instead...

I have the Coach bag that @beachyhead shared a link for.

I absolutely love it and the colour is stunning. Perfect size and the middle zip is just right for my purse to go in to.

Winky I'd buy two: a classic style one and a more jazzy one. Not entirely sure the Mulberry ones are worth the money.

A Selfridges voucher limits my suggestions to just one brand: Mansur Gavriel - simple, timeless and beautifully made. You'd have a little money left over too.

Look at Manu Atelier at Selfridges. Very much under-rated brand.

winky I'd also get two for that money. I do love Mulberry but their prices have gone crazy in recent years.

They're under £500 But I'd get a coach bag, or two Grin. The Sutton, Chelsea and the Prairie are all gorgeous. I got a Prairie in Oxblood recently (milestone gift, my usual bag is from primark) and it's a bloody gorgeous colour. What fun for you OP Grin
