Mascara and eyeliner that don't run

Hi all,

I need help finding the above. To be fair it's my eyeliner that runs/ spreads....

The liquid Mac one won't budge. I struggle to get the bloody stuff off at the end of the day.

I find that after an hour (or less) my liner has spread about 1/2 cm below my lower las line. What's this tubing stuff?

I'm no good at liquid liner either- that definitely ends up like an inch thick tribal war mark under my eye

Eyeko rock out mascara is the only one I've found that doesn't budge on me.

I love tubing mascara (I used to use the Becca one). I found it longwearing with no transferring on my oily lids, and it was very easy to remove with no residue left. I stopped using it because it dried out quickly but I would recommend trying a tubing product to see how you get on. I don't know if they're all like this but it wasn't buildable and didn't like being reworked while drying so I had to learn to apply it quickly.

Kat Von D tattoo eyeliner is really good.

I get individuals rather than using mascara but as for eyeliner-Kat Von d tattoo liner! I’ve used it for years.

Is the Kat Bon D tattoo liner a liquid rather than a pencil? I'm absolutely rubbish at applying anything other than pencil

The boots no 7 mascara in the glittery gold packaging is a tubing mascara. Comes off in warm water only. Stays put and no smudges even after accidentally leaving it on for hot yoga!

Yes liquid. Most pencils tend to rub off unfortunately (apart from the morning under eye black smudge for some frustrating reason). Liquid eyeliner just takes time and practice.

I got a felt tip pen eye liner from M&S - it doesn’t budge!

You need a tubing mascara, my makeup used to do this because my skin is so oily. I wear either lash power or high impact curling from Clinique.
The only eyeliner I have found that doesn’t smudge on me is the Estée Lauder doublewear pencil ones, they do them in loads of colours and once I knew I was ok with them I got a few more colours.

I have exactly the same problem. Even if I use just a little bit of eyeliner on my top lashes only, no flick at the outer corner etc, it still ends up under my lower lashes! Ive found some products are better than others, but the best way I've found is to use make-up setting spray over the top. It's not 100% effective but it's been better than nothing. I use a gel eyeliner, the kind in a pot, applied with a brush, or the Laura Mercier solid eyeliner, and then dab over it Urban Decay's De-slick priming/setting spray. I bought a sample bottle from a make-up artist on eBay for a couple of quid and I'll be buying the full size shortly.

Yes to the Boots gold mascara. Nothing shifts it other than a flannel and warm water or a shower.

The only liner that doesn't budge on me is a liquid one from pound saver. Can't describe how good it is.

I have never found a melt free mascara though. I haven't tried a tubing one since Blinc peeled off like spider legs.. Are they better now?

I've just brought the NYX eyeliner it's brilliant it doesn't budge! My MAC one dried out super quickly so wouldn't go back to that one!
