What do I wear these with?

I've just bought these Now I have no idea what I'd wear them with! Any ideas? Can I wear with a short skirt? Help!

I'm pretty rubbish at fashion stuff but I think they'd look great with a short skirt, thick black tights and some funky jewelry.

Thought they'd look good with a short skirt but I needed to check with the style gurus here 👍😀

I'm no style guru but black skinny ankle grazers (side stripe optional) with a half tucked polo neck or blouse would look good IMO.
