Capsule work wardrobe - what are the basics?

If you had £250 to spend in Debenhams (have a voucher) to buy a capsule work wear wardrobe what would you buy?

I’m 5ft 5, size 12, hour glass shape and 40.

Not looking for suits but smart office wear type clothing that can be worn with knee high leather boots, brogues or ballet pumps. I have to walk between departments and which are up and down hills so heels are out for me.
